Is it really Free?
Yep. We'll dedicate 15 minutes to your problem. We find that 80% of our customers issues are solved in the free 15 minutes. When the time is up, you can decide if you wanna continue in a remote session, or schedule a technician to come to your home or office for a low hourly fee. You may also opt to continue free support via email.
How does it work?
Choose a day and time above and submit the form. You'll receive a confirmation email with the zoom link for your appointment. At the time of the appointment simply click the "start your session" link in the email to connect with your technician.

Absolutely. We service customers in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. If after your free 15 minutes you need additional support we can schedule a technician to come to your home or office for an hourly fee of $120/hr.
